Career path với mình giống như nhiều bậc thang đi lên với từng cấp độ khó tăng dần. Mình đã từng đứng tại chỗ rất lâu giữa việc tiếp tục hay bỏ cuộc và mình cho bản thân thêm một cơ hội bằng việc tham gia chương trình Career Speed Up của chị Tina. 12 tuần của khoá học đủ để mình đào sâu tảng băng chìm của bản thân và tạo sức bật trong công việc mơ ước của mình tại các tập đoàn lớn. CSU giúp giải quyết những băn khoăn, challenges nằm ở phần chìm của tảng băng. Mình có thể tìm hướng đi và tạo sức bật trong từng thời điểm trên career path của mình và xây dựng được personal branding cho riêng mình. Từ cái gốc này, mình có thể phát triển và rẽ nhánh ra xa hơn ở những vị trí công việc khác, thâm chí có thể khác ngành cũng được

Mặc dù CSU đợt này diễn ra trong tình hình dịch bệnh, có nhiều yếu tố tác động. Nhưng CSU như một gia đình bao bọc, sẵn sàng lắng nghe mọi thành viên chia sẻ. Mỗi buổi gặp mọi người sẽ được boost tinh thần lên rất nhiều. CSU không chỉ là những bài học giá trị, chiến lược độc quyền của chị Tina mà còn là nơi gỡ bỏ những suy nghĩ giới hạn và cho em tin vào bản thân mình nhiều hơn. Mình đã tự tin lên 200% so với trước đây. Mình tin tưởng vào bản thân mình rất nhiều. Mình tin mình sẽ không còn là con bé lo lắng và không biết nói gì trong kỳ phỏng vấn nữa. Không đưa cho bạn bất cứ công thức ” mì ăn liền” nào cả, hoàn toàn là tất cả kinh nghiệm và chiến lược hay ho giúp bạn tìm kiếm được con đường sự nghiệp và tự tin theo đuổi nó!

Tina has strong experiences working in both international clients and agencies. Some aspects are similar to me, such as marketing background, personality (elegant, cute, calm). With a similar personality, Tina can coach me to find a company or a career strategy to fit with my goals and personality. With me, successful outcomes are: * I find a clear career path for a marketer. I just follow it to reach the point or positions in plan and stop to start things I want. I do not want to jump many companies to earn the title. * My marketing background, life experience, and skills are sharpened so that I am confident to face the next challenges. I hope to discuss this with you.

Ms. Tina will give me guidance and help me overcome challenges I am facing in my job search. I am an introverted person; I like to question myself to understand several facets of mine. But I think being an introvert is not the same as shyness or anxiety, introverts have many advantages to work in the marketing field. So, I see the similarity between me and Tina. I get motivated to start my work and stop procrastination every time watching Tina’s videos on YouTube. I hope I could reflect myself, bring out the best in me and reach my career goals with Tina’s support.

As I have watched a lot of her YouTube videos and other social media activities as well, I believe Tina has a strong realistic experience in this wide and broad Marketing field. My first impression of Tina is her confidence and fluency in speech, she knows what she is doing. I think the most important pattern a professional communicator has is expressing thoughts and ideas in a cohesive and inspiring way visually, verbally and in every action as well.

From my perspective, Tina is one of a kind when I can see she really puts herself in her coaches’ shoes to give the best advice. Everyone is different, so am I, and Tina knows that. I am putting my strongest hope to be led to express the best of myself when facing a real business environment. I want to be able to prove that I am confident, capable and full of potential.

At the moment, I am aware that my introvert traits often prevent me from stepping out of my comfort zone. I am aware of my skills and ability, but fear and irrational assumptions keep hindering me from taking a shot. Through watching many of Tina’s videos, I’ve got the assumption that she truly knows her objectives in life, or the right strategy to take her to the next step in her career plan.
